Additionally, the chili served alongside boasts exquisite flavor development, making it a must-try. The well-prepared chicken tenders also garnered high praise for their crispy coating and juicy interior, making it an ideal shared dish for the table.

It's clear that each dish at Rustic Thistle has been crafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring a delightful culinary experience.
As you savor the meals, the attentive service adds a layer of warmth to the experience, with staff members like Shannon dedicated to enhancing your visit by guiding diners through the menu. “ Greatly enjoyed everything about the Rustic Thistle. Loved the local Navajo infusion and pride in the dishes and decor. Quite a few options for vegetarians. And the cherry on top: wonderfully warm and attentive staff ”
“ We found this locally owned gem that apparently been open for less than a month and man o’ man, they are rocking it already. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My nephew has certain allergies and they were willing swap the cooking oil on the fried rice from sesame to just soy. We found out that the menu we saw wasn’t even the finished menu because they’re still in a roll out phase. It still had a nice variety at this stage. I ordered the Navajo burger and the menu had no description, but it was pretty much what you expect (a burger with traditional toppings of lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickle) served on fry bread instead of a bun... there was one surprise though. This burger was enormous. You’d think they would have just made smaller fry bread and just use that as a bun substitute, no no no. The fry bread was the usual dinner plate size cut in half and it had two full size burger patties. It’s basically two burgers in one! The chili was delicious with excellent flavor development. Oddly enough though, the best bite of the meal was probably the chicken tenders. The portion and tender size were very large. The coating was perfectly fried and cooked to perfection. They were crispy, moist, and plentiful enough to feed my niece and share a good amount with the rest of the table. Overall this is a very promising start to a restaurant that will hopefully be around for a long time. ”
“ Awesome food, great service. Everything was fresh, the salad was cold, food came out hot. I had a brisket cheese steak sandwich and side salad. My hubby said it was the best po' boy sandwich he has ever had. Ranch and fries were delicious. ”
“ I had the brisket breakfast skillet at Rustic Thistle in Page, AZ, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The brisket was tender and flavorful, paired perfectly with well-seasoned potatoes and eggs cooked just right. The service was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. If you’re in the area, this spot is a must-visit for a fantastic breakfast! ”
“ We were so excited to try the new place in town, and it did not disappoint!! We were served by Shannon and she was so attentive and nice, she helped us decide what to get because there were a few options that sounded great. When the food came out, you could really tell that the kitchen staff puts there all into each dish! They tasted great and the looked beautiful! We are happy to come back! ”

“ Cozy gem tucked away just waiting for you to find it after a hike at Horseshoe Bend. Excellent service, food, and atmosphere. The buttermilk (or grilled) chicken cobb salad and herb roasted chicken dish are perfect after a hot day in the sun. Kudos to the manager walking around to our table and checking in on us during our meal. Professional, tasty, and healthy. 10/10 would eat at again. ”
